1. MAYFAIR undertakes to provide a luxury vehicle in immaculate technical and visual condition, guaranteeing the highest standard of cleanliness and premium onboard amenities. Any technical issues arising during service will be managed dynamically by the operations center.
2. The passenger is obliged to use the vehicle in a manner consistent with its luxury purpose and generally applicable laws, including fastening seat belts at all times during travel. Smoking tobacco or using other tobacco, vapor, or electronic smoking products is strictly prohibited inside the vehicle at any time.
1. Any amendments regarding the schedule, route, or chauffeur availability time should be reported directly to the dispatch team with appropriate advance notice. Cancellation terms for confirmed reservations and potential related administrative fees are determined individually during the contractual arrangement phase.
